Castle Rushen High School

Care, Quality, Opportunity

Please find attached an update for your child to support their remote learning. It will also appear on the website. We intend to keep in touch each week during term time. Ideally, we would like you to go through this with your child each week and keep it safely, along with the initial booklet for reference. Copies of the update will be printed and can be collected from Reception, should you prefer a paper copy.

We appreciate that this is a challenging time for everyone and your primary concern must be the health and wellbeing of your family. Please do not feel under pressure to suddenly become teachers. We do not expect you to try and replicate the school environment, curriculum and timetable at home. You are not being asked to home-educate your children. The best thing you can do is try to encourage and support your child using the resources and ideas we give you - they should be able to take charge of some of their own learning, with online support from the CRHS staff.

We wish you all well.
