As a school we are focusing on improving student attendance figures because time off school reduces the number of hours students spend learning.
In September 2024 there were 19 days of school in total, this equated to 95 hours of lesson time.
The table below shows you the number of learning hours that are lost at the different attendance thresholds by percentages. Lost learning time does not take into account tutor time, morning break, or lunchtime - just lessons themselves.
