On Friday, four of our Sixth Form students visited the Manx parliament to take part in an engaging debate for International Women’s Day. A selection of topics were covered, including women’s health research and gender inequalities.

Our motion focused on the issue of negligent research surrounding women’s health, particularly endometriosis, and sparked a lot of discussion in the room.

The four students embodied our Head, Heart, and Hands philosophy, using their critical thinking and debating skills to advocate for an important cause. They demonstrated that when we blend knowledge with purpose, we can challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
